Service Warranty Terms

These terms explain the 90-day warranty on repair labour we provide on appliance repairs carried out by Elite Care Refrigeration. Coverage for your specific repair is confirmed at the time of service and recorded on your service record.
What the warranty covers
- • 90 days of warranty on the repair labour performed by our technician.
- • The specific fault recorded during your service visit, for the same appliance.
- • A return visit at no additional labour charge if the same fault recurs within the warranty period.
Replaced parts
Warranty on any part supplied or replaced during a repair is provided as per the part supplier's or manufacturer's own terms, and is separate from our labour warranty. The applicable part warranty is communicated to you before the repair is approved.
What is not covered
- • A new or unrelated fault that appears after the completed repair.
- • Damage caused by voltage fluctuation, power surges, water supply problems, drainage issues or pest damage.
- • Misuse, overloading, accidental damage, or use of the appliance against manufacturer instructions.
- • Any repair, tampering or part replacement carried out by another person or service provider after our visit.
- • Normal wear of consumable items, and cosmetic damage that does not affect functioning.
How to raise a warranty claim
Call or WhatsApp us on +91 88610 88366 during working hours (8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, all days including Sundays) and share the appliance details, the fault you are facing and the approximate date of the earlier repair. We will confirm whether the issue falls within the warranty and arrange a visit.
Important notes
Warranty applies only where the earlier repair was completed and paid for in full. The service visit and inspection charge is a separate charge and is not refundable if you choose not to proceed with a repair.
